Part 2 of this first ever process episode was recorded in December of 2021. I openly shared my journey from giving anesthesia full time to part time. Because we are a close knit community of CAAs, students and other anesthesia providers, I feel safe speaking candidly about the money, what quitting really looks like and my 3 key takeaways. I hope this is helpful and expansive to any CAA out there who wants to make a big change in their career but needs some encouragement to do so.
